"Most Help Needed" has replaced "Least Best", which replaced "Worst", which replaced "Loser".

Say "John" has had 2 accidents and 3 red cards, he would be considered a "most help needed" employee. It's not necessarily a bad thing, it's just what the computer tells them from all the input data.
