How about that Pelosi! She wants to resurrect the Dream Act during lame duck! I hope she gets to be minority leader. The majority will shift in the Senate and the Presidency will swing back to the Red crew in 2 years.

Cartels Use 12-year Old Hitman for Beheadings

A SADISTIC drug-gang hitman has carried out a series of horrific killings in Mexico – aged just 12.
The boy, known only as El Ponchis – The Cloak – is the paid executioner for a cartel locked in a war for control of the lucrative cocaine trade.
He is believed to have tortured and slaughtered dozens of gangland enemies.

The boy’s trademark murders involve slitting the throats of victims with a deep cutting technique known as Degollar, which leaves the head hanging by a thread.
Grisly videos circulating on the internet show victims having their throats slashed.
The youthful killer, whose name is not known, is also seen wielding a rifle and posing beside a dead body.
Another clip shows him battering a man with a club bearing the initials SPC – short for South Pacific Drug Cartel.
The hitman, picked for his psychopathic brutality and childlike devotion to gang bosses, works with a group of women called the Chavelas – some believed to be his sisters.
They drive vans carrying the bodies of people El Ponchis has killed to dumping grounds.

Incoming New Mexico governor vows to revoke licenses issued to illegal aliens
New Mexico issued 10,257 licenses to immigrants through the first six months of 2010, compared with 13,481 for all of 2009. The pace has intensified since April, when neighboring Arizona passed its immigration law. The figures include both illegal immigrants and legal residents from outside the U.S.
— New Mexico issued about 417 licenses a week to immigrants from the day after Arizona passed its law through July 1. That is a big jump from the 323 per week it was issuing from Jan. 1 to the day before the law passed.
In a recent CNN interview, Gov. Martinez said: “My focus has been on removing the driver’s licenses and revoking those that have already been issued.”
She continued: “I don’t support amnesty… there has to be some other way of dealing with the issue. It may be we identify individuals but we cannot just have a path to citizenship created when there are people in line already doing the proper things.”

The sad thing is that the rest of the country is paying for California's poor decisions. The state is broke and the Feds are loaning them the money. So sad. It embarrasses me to no end. I used to be so proud to be from California. I really really feel for the red citizens of that state.

The scary thing is that the state will eventually have to stop the entitlements and there will be massive rioting. Our army and national guard will have to patrol the streets to keep you safe.

I sooooo hope I am wrong on this one.

The thing I can't figure out is how a judge, liberal or not, can say the word "ILLEGAL" and continue with his decision. Doesn't he/she even hear that word? That's what's so ridiculous to me.

According to Massachusetts' Attorney General " it's not illegal to be an illegal in Massachusetts ". Just another wacky moonbat .

Talk about wacky moonbats.... That reminds me of some of these politicians calling an illegal immigrant an "undocumented alien". With that kind of logic, you might as well call a drug dealer an undocumented pharmacist. I am just saying.... !!

9 illegal immigrants arrested on Coronado beach

By Susan Shroder,
UNION-TRIBUNE

Nine illegal immigrants were apprehended Saturday night after getting out of a boat at an area known as Dog Beach, U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials said Monday.
About 6:20 p.m. Saturday, U.S. Border Patrol agents on patrol saw a boat without running lights nearing the shoreline of the beach, a leash-free area for dogs at the northern end of Coronado near North Island Naval Air Station.
Shortly after the boat landed on shore, seven men and two women were arrested. Two of the men are accused of organizing the smuggling attempt and are in federal custody. All nine are Mexican nationals, CBP officials said.

CIUDAD JUAREZ, Mexico —
The Mexican army discovered several clandestine graves holding at least 20 bodies near a ranch in the northern border state of Chihuahua, authorities said Monday.
Soldiers found the bodies of 19 men and one woman buried in 12 graves over the weekend in the town of Puerto Palomas, across from Columbus, New Mexico, and informed police so they could oversee excavations, Chihuahua state prosecutor Jorge Gonzalez said.
Gonzalez said that the bodies had been buried between four and eight months and that it had not yet been determined how they were killed because they were badly decomposed.

http://www.judicialwatch.org/blog/2...r-program-lets-mexicans-skip-airport-security
As violent drug cartels take over Mexico and expand their criminal enterprises north, the United States has signed a “trusted traveler” agreement that allows pre-screened Mexican airline passengers to bypass lengthy airport security checkpoints.
The foreigners will get “trusted traveler cards” with fingerprints and other biometric data and they must answer customs declarations questions on touch-screen kiosks before leaving airport inspection areas. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano claims it’s a way to enhance information sharing and mutual security in the face of “ever-evolving, multinational threats.”
About 84 million Mexicans are expected to qualify for the trusted traveler program, according to Mexico’s Interior Ministry Secretary, who signed the agreement on behalf of his country this week.
While Napolitano was in Mexico finalizing the trusted traveler agreement this week, she also took the opportunity to sign a “letter of intent” to develop a plan for protecting immigrants from criminal attacks as they cross the border—illegally—into the U.S. Mexican officials have long complained that American law enforcement officers stand by as illegal immigrants are robbed, killed or violently beaten. Napolitano has committed to reducing the risk to life and security of migrants
