Arizona's anti-imigration law...

Not I think future administrations would not be as dumb; going after Az for enforcing state law yet not going after some cities for not enforcing a federal law.

Spawn of ILLEGALS Demand Deportations Stop

Families head to D.C. to protest deportations

BY ALFONSO CHARDY

Every night before she falls asleep, Marlene de León worries whether she’ll be jarred awake the next morning by immigration agents banging on the door to deport her mother who for years has lived in Miami without papers.
The fear inspired the talented 13-year-old middle school student to write a song about deportation that has become the anthem of a contingent of U.S.-born children who will travel to Washington, D.C., this week with their undocumented parents to march in front of the White House and demand an end to deportations.

The law also says that you're suspicious of a Class 1 Misdemeanor if you don't show an ID. In another words: "You will be left alone only if you show an ID." And a "Lawful Stop" may include many situations.

The law says you will be left alone UNLESS you are picked up for something else, like a traffic violation.

If Judge Susan Bolton grants a Partial Injunction, what provisions might not make it? Anyone wanna' guess?

The thing here is that you guys don’t understand that there’s no past law, or a similar one, that you can compare with SB1070. No law in the United States allows a Police Officer to have Probable Cause to search a Reasonable Suspect of illegal immigration, or his/her house, without a warrant. And several other aspects. Or please point it to me, if I’m missing it.
Even if English is your second language none of the things you claim are in the law. I see you still have not given a solid answer about the reporters question so I am guessing that all this change of subject crap means that you know you are wrong again. There is really nothing new in this law but the requirement for local law enforcement to follow federal law.

Would this one?

From STATUTE 11-1051.
Any person who is arrested shall have the person's immigration status determined before the person is released.

Criminals also have rights. And as I have stated it many times, I'm against illegal immigration. But, I'm more against radical measures such as SB1070. Or do you think that a person loses his/her rights because he/she robbed a bank?

It seems your comment was directly to me. I would tell you that I'm not fighting in favor of Illegal Immgration; instead, if you want to call it a fight, I'm fighting against SB1070.

Fighting for illegals is like fighting in favor of the bank robber.......they are both commiting a crime !!

FELONS! Are Illegal Aliens Felons? I've already said they're not, but it seems you still look at them that way. However, Felons do not lose all their rights.
Depending on what state felons are convicted in, they may well loose the right to vote.
IMO, Illegal aliens, regardless of their home/native country should be considered a felon.

Just what right have they lost if they commit another crime (except being here ILLEGALLY), arrested and have their status verified?

IMO, Illegal aliens, regardless of their home/native country should be considered a felon. Well, it's just your opinion. But it's nice that you placed the "regardless of their home/native country," however still to radical for me, IMO

Basically, and don't be surprised, Illegal Aliens are covered by our precious "Bill of Rights," among others depending on the state. And now that you cited the "another crime" the 5th Amendment would answer that question. I mean not that they lost, but that they are covered by that Amendment too. Your statement was like "Illegal Aliens don't have rights. What could have they lost?"

Just what right have they lost if they commit another crime (except being here ILLEGALLY), arrested and have their status verified?

But, that's a good point. Felons are a bit like Illegal Aliens regarding their rights. But, that's not the same as saying that Illegal Aliens are like Felons.

Just what right have they lost if they commit another crime (except being here ILLEGALLY), arrested and have their status verified?
