Why do guys have a zip tie around the emergency air line under the gladhand on the trailers? I see this a lot.

They used to hold a red tag. Easy to rip the red tag off, hard to pull the ziptie off!

you can get a ticket for that if the DOT sees the glad hands tied or taped together. I have done it . Most drivers have done it. Can't remember why you are not supposed to do that. been out of the game for 3 years and dementia is setting in already.
