Yep.
Maybe this has been answered already, but why are our dollies so much different than all of the other ones I see out there? They attach so much lower than everyone else's. There must be a reason.

One of the things I’ve noticed is that the pintle hooks on UPS trailers are a lot lower than Fedex, Old Dominion, Estes and Xpo

So I was told today "I got nothing for you, go home" to which I answered "Well I guess 3 hours of shifting it is"
stay my 13.98 hours.

Already had to redo my macros because I was gaining weight like crazy, also added a crap ton of fiber to my diet.

14 hours of cranking up and down legs. I would have at least jumped in a yardbird.

Here is all good, did only 2 moves, even when I'm actually doing shifting we do maybe 3 moves per hour, 4 if is a busy hour.

To this dat there hasn't been a single day that I get out tired af from work, really love this club.

I had my own run last year during peak. This year, I was told that I was doing my bid route in package and an off the street was going to cover the extra work in feeders. Today, I got a call that I am doing a feeder run starting Sunday and it will go through peak. My building is forcing everyone to work 6 days and our feeder group is on a 70 hour clock.

I went through something like that one year where they thought I was gonna stay in package for peak.....I bitched enough to my feeder supervisor that he told me to just come in every night and find something to do.

We never came off the 70 hr clock after last Peak.
Last year I took a Peak day job. None were posted this year, thankfully (sarcasm) we have gypsies to do that work.

Is flashing your highbeams as you get passed a thing now ? I was annoyed when cars do it but I've been having other truckers do it as well.

So many idiots on the road. The best is you’re driving in the far right lane, like I do 99% of the time. Police have someone pulled over in the shoulder so you move into the middle, and here comes Swift or FedEx driving 90 as soon as you got in front of them, so they move into the right and as soon as they see the emergency vehicle they get back behind you. It’s so annoying dealing with the other maroon truckers on interstates or multi lane highways.
