I made one out of zip ties with a dip can belt buckle.I was new to feeders and thought I was a big shot and wanted to dress the part. I use a bungee cord now.

What sized waist were your browns ?I always liked the military type discipline on uniforms and a clean appearance . No where near that now. It set us apart from the rest of the crowd and made me feel like a real professional. I loved how most people treated you when they saw the uniform.
I ironed the uniform, shined the shoes, and really tried to look my best. I do remember one time having a black T under my shirt and was told I had to have a white T under. Was kinda new at time and did not know that.

There is a feeder progression? Why are the feeder drivers in progression not getting a pay bump , no casuals this summer but hired back retired feeder guys
Yes. Every full time job has a wage progression. You only go through once. There is a feeder progression?
So if they are in progression they shouldn't get the raise or the COLA.Yes. Every full time job has a wage progression. You only go through once.
The market rate adjustment for our area is 30$. So i would assume they are getting 30$ for 4 years until they hit top rate.So if they are in progression they shouldn't get the raise or the COLA.
I don’t think so. I could be wrong, but while in progression I believe you only get the contractually agreed to yearly progression bumps. So if they are in progression they shouldn't get the raise or the COLA.
These three guys are in progression , two hired off the street , one has a yr in pkgThere is a feeder progression?
A year….lol. Boy have the times changed. These three guys are in progression , two hired off the street , one has a yr in pkg

Not exactly true. Know a driver that left the company for 10 years then got rehired at starting wage again. He thought he should not have to go through progression again.Yes. Every full time job has a wage progression. You only go through once.
