Proposal 1, changing league draft to 16 rounds by adding a WR position:

Passes 8 - 0

Proposal 2, add .5 for first downs for rushing and receiving:

Passes 7 - 1

There are more WRs to be had, though. Most NFL teams has 2-3 serviceable WR, while most NFL teams have 1-2 RBs. That was part of the plan to increase the WR spot.

I will do the random draft the same as always, randomize it 3 times.

So we don't have the problem as last year, I will check the order an hour before draft to ensure that the order stays the same.
