"The good people of Vermont elected him to be mayor of Burlington, a Representative, and a US Senator. And now he's a serious candidate for the Presidency."

Yet he claims NOT to be part of the establishment!! So, he's been in politics since being mayor of Burlington in 1981, then Representative, then senator.........he's an establishment body!

Annoy a liberal today. Hit them with facts.
i dont think your mature enough to accept the great ones i listed already: anti NAFTA, anti iraq war, anti TPP, anti wall street bailouts.

they almost passed single payer healthcare in vermont.

you should look it up, you probably wont be disappointed.
Those are not accomplishments.

Sanders failed on all of those positions.

Do you have anything that he was actually successful at?

And it's you're, not your.

actually thats the mentality we have to adopt if we are to survive climate change, and outsourcing of jobs, both of which are turning us into a capitalist police state.

we have to do the right thing for the sake of doing the right thing. its not about what we accomplish. its hard to say what i accomplish by having a democracy now sticker on my bumper, or wearing political shirts, or going to protests, or donating money.

“My life amounts to no more than one drop in a limitless ocean. Yet what is any ocean, but a multitude of drops?”

no he was right, and the people who voted him in were right. its the other politicians who were wrong, and by extension the people who voted them into power.

btw since when in the last 70 years has being a socialist in american politics means being part of the "establishment" LOL?

i think regardless what happens to bernie, his campaign is a big win for usa and getting over its irrational fear of socialism and having an adult debate about the economy.

You obviously do not understand the difference between accomplishment and point of view.

He failed to stop any of those things from happening.

Face it, he is a failure.

you should have been voting anti establishment since at least ralph nader ran maybe before that. voting for bush, reagans, romney was a mistake.

the point is he tried and did the right thing which makes him a success. the other politicians are the ones who fail.
