You left out the words "legal immigrants". How many people do we need to fill openings in our country? Congress decides what that number is.

Trump spoke about that last night. The U.S. was trying to repatriate criminals to their home countries in Central America who were refusing to take them back. So Trump cut off the $500 million in aid we were giving them. Changed their tune very quickly. That's what having a president with a backbone will do for you.
