And as she has pointed out time and time again is that she rules on cases that arise from the laws Congress passes. So if the "righties" don't like her decisions then all they have to do is to amend the law and start the court challenges all over again.
In the end she'll be confirmed and take her seat with the other eight.

She served on one of the most liberal appeals courts in the country which has had multiple decisions overturned by the Supreme Court. She's an activist trying to BS her way onto the Supreme Court which I'm sure is fine with you.
Can you at least explain why she always went way below the sentencing guidelines and prosecution recommendations in sentencing child porn cases? Why did she apologize to a drug kingpin for giving him the required 20 years? The guy was importing fentanyl in large quantities. Then later she reduced his sentence 7.5 years. But you need not despair. Of the 115 Supreme Court justices 108 of them are old white men. The only type of people you obviously believe are qualified to serve. So the percentages are still with you.

We're talking about one specific judge who's looking to be placed on the Supreme Court. She has a record of being soft on crime. And she won't even define what exactly a woman is. Pretty obvious she's part of an agenda Dems have to ultimately change everything about the U.S. And not in a good way.
