Would stepping to the side be considered protecting yourself?
@Johnnyfootball2014 would like to give your bookie $250Defending himself?
UPS has zero tolerance. He has a slim, very slim, chance. It is worth filing a grievance and begging for his job back.
I have seen a few come back for pushing someone else. Anger management classes before returning.
It does not seem to be an all out fight. A push and a kick.
I give him 95 to 1 on coming back
At 95 to 1 odds , hell yea id lay a hundo on it...@Johnnyfootball2014 would like to give your bookie $250

Fighting. Stealing. What's the other one?
Showing up under the influence of or using alcohol or drugs on company time.
We have a FT driver who is still out of work after being terminated for this shortly after Peak.
Zero tolerance, both gone
Sure there is, the golden rule. Fast and efficient work is rewarded with more work.Who snitched?
There is no "one rule" here at UPS. Its always a case by case situation.
Jumpman was involved? The guy who had the box thrown at him coulda put the Ric Flair figure 4 leglock on the other guy. WOOOO!
Or, the Von Erich Iron Claw!
My brother lost his job today trying to defend himself. Another co worker threw a box at him and he pushed the guy and kicked him. Is it possible to get his job back with the unions help.He was told to come back and fill out paper work????
We have one in our center as well. He was on TAW though and not driving. Let me know if he/she gets their job back.We have a FT driver who is still out of work after being terminated for this shortly after Peak.
