I was just going to ask what you knew about hot sauce living in Kansas. Lol. So many brands available in stores here. Lots of restaurants even have hot sauce on the tables like ketchup because of all the Hispanics.

My wife and mother and grandmother all started with a can of pickled beets, maybe a dozen boilled eggs, some (?) sugar and some (?) white vinegar. Put them all in a jar and wait a day or two.
