We just voted it down due to cost. You would think it would cost about the same, but there is a whole bunch of extra personnel that gets involved. NJ lawmakers mandate all sorts of rules and usually that means hiring high price folks in the union. Child study teams, social workers, child psychologists, therapists, teachers aids, and tons of bureaucrats pushing reports. All of which are in the pension system which is broke due to governmental borrowing.
