Like a freak after my divorce and other things ....some days I can really cut it down ..others not so much

I found the only way to do it is eliminate the habit. First you need to limit, then eliminate smoking at home. Then, in your car, and finally at work. Once you don't "need" it, it's easy to quit. I can actually bum one, or smoke ten, and not have any for ten months. Control,the habit.

That's fine. How are my friend? Rough day yesterday, a friend that introduced me and my wife to each other, found dead in the AM. Rough lifestyle finally caught up. I've known her since I was 8 yrs old.
