I found the only way to do it is eliminate the habit. First you need to limit, then eliminate smoking at home. Then, in your car, and finally at work. Once you don't "need" it, it's easy to quit. I can actually bum one, or smoke ten, and not have any for ten months. Control,the habit.

You r dude has good hair... lol He might take after the wife's grandfather I'm told. My son has strawberrie blonde hair. Nobody has this color in my family that I know of, but I'm extremely Irish, as is my wife's side. I'm constantly messing with his hair, as it's beautiful. He gets a little mad, but I think he is the best look My man alive. He hates when I say it, but most people think that about their own kids, and I love him so much I can't contain myself. He looks a lot like mom and my daughter is a lot like me. Having kids is the most wonderful feeling. It has its days, but is so rewarding.
