Yes, they do. Luckily, not for what I am doing. Not displacing a union member and not in the same industry.

In my plan the only restriction is you can't work in a Teamster related job. Big improvement over the previous rules where you couldn't work any job to supplement your pension, other than self employed ways of making money.

I can see it for guys who only have 5 or 10 years in. But if you put in a full 30 or 35, they should screw off. You earned it. You may be so banged up physically it's time to call it quits, but it doesn't mean financially you can.
