I went to the DMV this morning and the clerk had a flannel shirt over a flannel shirt.
Took him nearly 30 minutes to process my license renewal and that is with me having all of the paperwork completed and being the first person in line.
$94.50 for an 8 year renewal effective on my birthday in January.
