The guy on TV was talking about an area near here with “affordable houses” surrounded by million plus houses, so I looked it up out of curiosity. Those of you in cheap areas need to thank your lucky stars. This cape cod is on the market for $585,000. Lol.

That would be over a million in some areas around here but there are nice areas you could get something similar for half that.

More like 3,200 sq ft. They’re going to jam as much house onto those 10,000 sq ft lots as they can. Lol.

My brother in laws house is over 5000 sq ft. Probably that size lot. They build up.

After they put the pool in the back yard they might mow a couple hundred sq ft and probably pay $50 a week to have it done.
