Do y’all eat something called cresses(?). Not sure exactly what it is other than a kind of wild edible greens. I’ve heard black people talk about them many times. Supposed to be a delicacy.

Related but different in texture.
Same tangy, mustard taste however.
Watercress is usually in shallow water.

Very tender and a tangy, almost mustard taste.
My cousin grows them and I greatly enjoy the cress salads!
I also saute them and eat them - very good.

We call them ramps in the south and they have a biting taste ... good in stews.
