Areas I was looking at several years ago that were mostly farmland and woods are mostly urban sprawl now. You used to be able to find something 15 or 20 miles out but now you need to go more like an hour away.

Goodyear, AZ used to be way out of town.....now it has all the amenities of the big city. Oracle AZ is where everyone is going now......55 miles from the Mexico border...…..Tucson is the nearest big city. It won't be long and it'll have the franchises. However, Pinal County Prison is too close for me.
