If homes are going fast inventory must be down. More buyers than sellers.

Stuff is going so fast it’s ridiculous. It’s the flat landers invading over here that’s really screwing everything up. I looked at the map on the realtors website and it’s like solid red there’s so many pin dots for real estate for sale on the Illinois side and just sparse dots over here.

Although there is a place out in the middle of nowhere with a nice Cedar home and 100 acres with a giant pole barn. I’d love to have it. But don’t wanna commute 65 miles to work.
