I agree. I was at a dr’s office the other day. Waiting room is empty...I’m wearing shorts and a T-shirt. The receptionist is in a long sleeve shirt and a sweater. I’m in the waiting room and it’s stuffy and warm...I glance over at the wall thermostat (in a lock box).....temp is set at 77. Wtf
