Each phase has a large room full of about 120 package lockers. Each room I spend about 30-40 min putting what ever will fit in the lockers and then deliver the rest to the doors.

30 miles good lord. I think our shortest mileage route does 40-45 and they try to send him out with at least 135 total stops/pick ups combined.
