What I would do is have the medical examiner filling the death record fill out one form for the state's Medicare certifying end of services. The state would enter the SS# and terminate payment. Pay the medical examiner a small fee for their time.

We do neighboring areas also but none really go into farm lands. So horse ranches but that's about it.
