I’m 45 but I remember that stuff. I remember not having cable and using the two channels that had a dial kind of wrapped around it to tune in the UHF and VHF channels. I remember our first cable box had a tuner too, and it was attached to the TV with a wire, no remote control.

The inside of the knob would get stripped from turning the channels too much. Then you could only change the channel with pliers. Lol.
