The kid is fine. Gotta' respect old school driving!
Old school driving means he'd have used his arm as a seat belt.

Don't be a Debbie Downer. The kid is fine.I realize you’re from a small town and all but, COME ON! Strap that baby in a car seat! You know good and well you couldn’t live with yourself if something happened to him. Two minutes of inconvenience that are well worth it in the long run.
They never get strapped in for the 1/2 mile drive to my parents.@scooby0048 is going to have your ass for not properly putting that kid in a car seat.
Cute kid though.
That's when you paddle his butt and tell him to stay in his seat. They never get strapped in for the 1/2 mile drive to my parents.
but he didn’t make it 30 yards down the road before he crawled out.

Paddling? That's old school. Now days, you have to talk and reason with the baby. That's when you paddle his butt and tell him to stay in his seat.
You think they are hard to reason with at that age wait until they become teenagers. Especially if they have got their own way all their life up to that point.Paddling? That's old school. Now days, you have to talk and reason with the baby.

You learn a lot from good leading.Leading: guidance or leadership, especially in a spiritual context.
Learning: the acquisition of knowledge or skills through experience, study, or by being taught.
Hope your wife is a Cubs fan so at least she can teach your son english.
Teens need special handling. Plenty of sheltering, coddling, indulgence, and building of self esteem. You think they are hard to reason with at that age wait until they become teenagers. Especially if they have got their own way all their life up to that point.

Restaurants are still able to seat people? Not here. Take out or delivery only. It’s so sad how many people are losing their jobs right now or having their hours cut back like waiters/waitresses. I know it isn’t a lot but I’ve decided that when I eat out now I’m going to add to what I normally tip and hope it helps them some. They closed all the bars in my state and restaurants were told to only allow half the normal amount of customers so they can be placed away from each other.

As of today, yes, they’re still allowing people to dine in my city/county. Some places like Miami, Ft Lauderdale and a few others are not.Restaurants are still able to seat people? Not here. Take out or delivery only.
I agree 100%. We are fortunate that we are still able to work and if we get the virus we will still be paid.I normally don't tip with take out but I have been with what's going on. Too bad the people that need it won't get it but if it helps the restaurant get through this time and hire these people back it's worth it.
