The best thing to do is to weed out complainers immediately from your workforce.
Amazon's mistake is always trying to pay low. They have a huge turnover rate. Better to pay more so workers cannot afford to quit, this way you can really exploit them to maximize potential.

Cause management will handle attempts to unionize just the same as they would protests.
Fire the leaders, and watch everyone else go back to work.
