I have a Kubota 7200 with a front end loader but no hole driller.

My son had a B-7510 with a front end loader, snow plow, back blade, three-point finishing mower and the 60 inch tiller he bought so I could have a big garden and he could have less grass to cut.

Sold it with the property when he moved back into town. I miss that toy.

That's one of the reasons I prefer to just rent. I can pay rent, or I can pay property taxes (plus a mortgage) and also inherit all the headaches that come with the property. It's a no-brainer.

You are indirectly paying a portion of your landlord's property taxes.
