The Blue Horizon was an absolutely magical place to go to. Live boxing, of up and coming contenders. Only went twice, but I wish it was still open. Right around this neighborhood as well. All redone inside, it’s probably still in great shape.

The campus itself is very safe.

Off campus? Not so much.

My daughter went to St. Rose in Albany. She told me that when she lived off campus she walked around her apt with 911 punched in to her cellphone.

I use 6' x 4' net lights to cover the house. I tape them together to make a long mat. I use black electrical tape where the windows are. They go up fast and dominant my neighbors house.
