Word of warning. If you find a place don’t hesitate. You must act immediately and be ready to buy. That’s how quickly properties are going here. My BIL has had multiple clients miss out on properties because they wanted to think it over for a night. Also, some people are purposefully creating bidding wars by pricing a house a little low.
