How hot of an O'l gal are ya?I am presently a contract employee and I am considering converting over to permanent. However, my benefits are extremely important to me since I have pre-existing conditions. I have researched the health insurance provided by Brown but prefer the one that is provided by the union (per Google, Team Care). So my question is, can I as an administrative support person join the union and would I be able to elect Team Care?
Thanks
