Yesterday, a driver came to my house and the helper had on a UPS cap, UPS shirt, and blue jeans with tennis shoes.

I just created a Upers.com account. I can see my hours worked. For a helper to make an account, they will need their employee ID number and use the date they first worked as a helper to create a temporary pin as found in the help section. Then just log in and the registration process will begin.

Helpers afaik never received vests....always those 1/2 zip crappy jackets that have too short of sleeves...

Nope.... I like wearing the vest and the shirtjacs....no tuck in shirts or that "rain" jacket.... Totally sucks... Once in a while wear the bomber with the ridiculously short sleeves....

Man id ask for a new helper and a diad. What happens when your helper doesnt charge their phone? (Or it just dies from all the texting/porn surfing)

Yup they use their own clothing and that cheap crappy vest. I guess UPS don't want people to think they're UPS employees. Just like FDX ground, their ID's says that they are not FDX employees.
