Tim got him his job back at UPS after he was fired. At 804 all BAs are elected. They cannot go against their local bylaws. I think every local should adopt that.

Of course, Tim is responsible for originally hiring Liam but since then he has been elected. Since then, Liam has gone rogue and no longer speaks for the E/B. He continues not to accept any responsibility for his actions. He will NOT be running with Tim's Slate in November because of those actions.
However, the Union Trustees on the Fund vote as Hoffa says. If he was unhappy with their stands and votes, he has the power to remove them. He chooses not to.
Tim had to make a difficult choice. He chose to win back 250 members by sacrificing 1 insubordinate BA.
Hoffa chose to stand by and allow this to happen all the while attempting to escape the blame. Is that leadership??
