Yes they did, and it should not be enforced.
If Hoffa or Taylor has to come in and help with the negotiations, so be it.
Hoffa forced the vote and the membership spoke.
The biggest setback is that everyone, including UPS, knows that Hoffa will not allow a strike.

The problem is that the allogations are a possible future but the article could simply be a manipulation tool by TDU. Sloppy writing didn't cite sources.

There's definitely angling going on...but I think a big fish is doing the baiting.
I think it's very odd (or convenient) that Sean O was "removed" from the responsibility of chairing the NM negotiations, and thereby being freed from any repercussions of what was destined to be a contentious vote on the NMA.
Hoffa is done. KH isn't. The 2021 Convention will be very interesting.

I don't think that the company liked his strike preparedness themes.
The big boss might have been told to get rid of him. He was causing too many waves and the company was nervous about customer backlash.
