As a 36 year Ups Teamster, I always hated the “I might as well get out of the Union” calls. I defended the IBT at every turn. This.. is more than I can take. If I was younger in a RTW, I would recommend saving your dues , put it your 401K. Your vote, indeed, does not count

My question for BuG is why should anyone ever vote? If the national is going to impose every contract after two contract offers no matter how poorly it does each time it’s voted on what is the point?

I’d like language added somewhere in the constitution that a member that does not vote forfeits any and all retro money that may be due said member.
