I smoked from 1993-2017. I started out with Newport’s and Marlboros, switched to Pall malls and I rolled my own cigarettes for the last 4 years until I finally quit.

Red Man. Monday-Friday
Never on the weekends. Never on vacation. Never at the house.
Work habit. Started slacking off at around 20 years. By the time I retired, I had quit entirely.
