I'm still waiting for my laptop to arrive after almost two months. All my work gets done on my personal computer.

Freight doesn't need a token. If they download the Citrix plug in they can log in from any computer with it

Better ask for an Apple or Samsung company smartphone - there's a Citrix app available for download - this will take a few weeks until it gets delivered to you but is another way to access Citrix content.
