Russia and China are ruled by dictators who aren’t interested in reporting numbers that would cast their countries in a negative light. People who believe their self-reporting of stuff like COVID cases and prisoner counts are hilarious.
no one has said that, and i would guess there would be estimates anyways.
btw so called democracies like america fudge the numbers as well. not sure about prison numbers, but COVID is a prime example, and unemployment and poverty rate are 2 others.

America has public, private and not for profit institutions whose members don’t have to worry about being jailed or murdered if they hold our local, state and federal governments accountable for inaccurate reporting of the numbers. No such accountability exists in your favorite countries.
your govt numbers are inaccurate. and the govt keeps reporting it.
i was listening to cornel west and he says the difference between america and the rest of the world is that americans naively think they can organize and protest in the streets and not get killed for it because they think theyre free. you push for revolution or even reform long enough in america, and they will kill you just the same as any other country.

Our government's intervention into paying for treatment actually incentivizes the over counting of cases and deaths that is clearly happening.
West is just another race hustler who misrepresents the nature of the actions of the “protesters.” There can be no meaningful reform until the hard left is honest about how it’s trying to achieve it.
west is the real deal. if you want to transition from confused red scare liberal, start with west.
Most Americans have already seen plenty of its race hustlers; West included. I can understand how they might be a new and novel thing for a Canadian though. Doesn't make them any more insightful or interesting for us.
