And things that used to be garbage become regulated. Working as a responder years ago, good old Windex leakers were thrown in the trash. By the time I left for driving those were regulated disposal items. But if they were used in cleaning by porters the waste could all be thrown in the trash.

The key is hoping they carefully read the re-sealing instructions and followed them.

I don't see the issue with them. I've never seen one leak. Easy pickup.

Now deliveries, that's another matter. Half the time people don't know they're coming. And if they meet at the door the old lady always asks, "what's that?". I just play dumb and say I don't know.
