If a person lives on their Roth funds ONLY, they pay no taxes. Are they not allowed to benefit from public funded services?

A TRUE conservative doesn't believe in public welfare services because after all IT"S SOCIALISM! However, many of TODAY"S conservatives never acquired enough wealth over their lifetimes to be able to survive without the need for such services. In doing so they have failed their own ideology or perhaps the ideology failed them And BTW Roth taxes are front loaded.
