The office of the Prez most likely.

The SCOTUS ruled that the President can be sued for alleged actions that took place prior to taking office or that are not related to the Presidency.

The POTUS cannot be sued while executing his duties of the Presidency is the general opinion.

If there's anything that courts will listen to, it's MONEY.

It's not clear to me that there is a winning path with this lawsuit, but, it's going to be fun.
