Yea I really think there's Something here that Suckerman could negotiate all his part timers into the central states pension fund. This could be the shot in the arm the central states needs. Correction: the final ruling bumped it up to 18 delegates. Still haven't seen anything showing the 'Moving Forward 2016 Delegates' slate has pledged support to any candidate(s).
