How much do you think preloaders should make for the work they do?More like fair days pay for a fair days work.
You should be on the negotiating team for management come contract time.

The current pay scale for full time inside employees seems fair to me, but I suppose they'd have to vote for us to find out what they think fair is.How much do you think preloaders should make for the work they do?
I'm asking YOU what YOU think they should be paid. The current pay scale for full time inside employees seems fair to me, but I suppose they'd have to vote for us to find out what they think fair is.
I just told you, I think the full time inside hourly rate seems fair.I'm asking YOU what YOU think they should be paid.
So package delivery drivers should be satisfied making $15/hr because their health, welfare and pension far exceed their hourly rate?UPS compensates new hires at far more than $10 an hour, the amount paid into health and welfare probably exceeds the hourly wage. The problem is people are short-sighted.
I just asked about preloaders. I didn't know they could be FT.I just told you, I think the full time inside hourly rate seems fair.
Like I said though, if you can try to keep up, part timers don't vote so it's not gonna happen.
$8.75 an hour and they should have to pay for their own health insuranceI'm asking YOU what YOU think they should be paid.
Art 22.3 employees. Half of our midnight/preload sorts are FT inside combo jobs.I just asked about preloaders. I didn't know they could be FT.
No, they should be satisfied with what they bargain for.So package delivery drivers should be satisfied making $15/hr because their health, welfare and pension far exceed their hourly rate?
My hub is small af. Don't have that opportunity. LOLArt 22.3 employees. Half of our midnight/preload sorts are FT inside combo jobs.
Good lord you're dense. TTKU.I just asked about preloaders. I didn't know they could be FT.
With that logic, lets lower the driver wage too. Woo!$8.75 an hour and they should have to pay for their own health insurance
Calm down, princess.Good lord you're dense. TTKU.
I think the full time inside wage is fair. The shift to a part time workforce is a corporate scam that swept the nation. No reason someone working two jobs to get 40 hours should be paid less per hour than someone working one job to get 40 hours.
Nah. They actually contribute. With that logic, lets lower the driver wage too. Woo!
You didn't answer my question and you're calling me dense. Answer the damn question with a NUMBER. I just want a NUMBER ANSWER. I get $11 hour as a part time preloader. What should a preloader get, all around?
Calm down, princess.
Load your own trucks then. Have a 15+ hour day. I'd bet ya bitch about that too.Nah. They actually contribute.
The full time inside wage progression is laid out in the National Master Agreement, look it up yourself princess, might do you some good. You didn't answer my question and you're calling me dense. Can't even answer a question simply. LOLThe full time inside wage progression is laid out in the National Master Agreement, look it up yourself princess, might do you some good.
