The problem with this is managements 10 hour day would be more like a 12 hour day. My center starts at 920.... i don't want to be delivering till 9 pm 4 days a week.

Wait till he finds out he's working Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat and forced in on Sunday.
Wait till he sees his gross pay drop faster than @BadIdeaGuy hopes on homeschool prom night.
Wait till he looks for OT protection like 9.5 and finds out it has no teeth because he only works 4 days.
The list goes on and on and on. 4/10s is a pipe dream.

Half dozen years ago, I was drinking energy drinks daily ended up in the hospital. That stuff is poison.
