This is what our local news here in Florida is saying.
“Flight delays and cancellations occurred for a few hours Friday afternoon due to widespread severe weather, military training and limited staffing in one area of the Jacksonville Air Route Traffic Control Center,” the FAA said
I guess severe weather, military training and limited staffing of air traffic controllers only affects SW airlines. The other airlines didn’t seem to have the problem. Also amazing the local weather affected 2100 flights. That’s a lot of flights coming or going out of 1 city but then again we can always trust the news because they would of surly told us if it was anything else. I’m also surprised here in Florida we didn’t hear about that “severe weather” during the weather reports. We wouldn’t of even known about it if it hadn’t been for the plane delays.
