They will never voluntarily stop operations.
If it really spreads like fire and lots of employees get sick, they'll work something out with the union and start bringing in seasonal employees. Screencap this.

you’re right. UPS will give them the same pay, and a weekly bonus. The union doesn’t get us that type of pay.

HR had a lousy retention rate before this virus hit.

When I see a group of applicants being toured in our hub I play a little game and break it down to 3 categories:

a. Those who will quit during the orientation.

b. Those who quit in the first week.

c. Those who will make the 30 days but will be caught stealing
cell phones.

Remember also it takes 9 months in order to qualify for Health Coverage.
