I'm an Italian mom under coronavirus lockdown. Here's what I wish I had done differently before things got bad.

The CDC is saying Covid19 is making those under 40 with illness to use respirators. When an employee gets Covid19. UPS will be forced to shut down. UPS and the union have no plan.

Yep, they are going to wait until the entire company is sick. Problem with that is we're very likely going to lose some older drivers and managers to this. Will deaths be a wakeup call, maybe?

Didn’t they just say they were going to hire 100k people to work in their warehouses?

The restriction only applies to outside vendors who are using Amazon's fulfillment program, anything that Amazon sells directly is business as usual. Sounds like they're basically prioritizing their own sales.

We have friends in Italy. Two weeks ago they were all its just the flu, no big deal. A week ago start of quarantine, a little less enthusiastic but said they were doing good. Yesterday, they were scared and said things were very bad.

called urgent care centre had problems getting through the first time, second time had to wait but disconnected, 3rd time now.
