I have yet to vote Yes on a contract in my time here, and the guarantee was already 3.5 when I was hired. So frankly I don't know what the hell you're even talking about at this point.

I went to the local grocery store expecting the worst, guess what I found the opposite, people were pleasant and respectful, the workers attitudes were beyond the normal, they helped with bagging and practiced safe distance procedures the best they could.

I forgot to add! For you part-timers the Union and UPS agreed to only compensate you for 3.5 hours a day if you become ill. Vacation/personal time you get 4 hrs. When was the last time a loader worked a 3.5 hour shift? Never.
