I made them up just like all stats are made up to "prove" some ones point. (Even your stats say a higher percentage of blacks are arrested when compared by the size of their population).

Yes a higher percentage of blacks are arrested. That’s why they are upset about the current state of the justice system. You are just perpetuating a racist stereotype that black people commit most crimes, that is factually incorrect. White males commit the most crimes in America, it’s not close.
Is that because the police are racist in massive numbers or because blacks commit more crimes as a percentage of the US population?

First google result for crimes by race in Minnesota. It’s from a report from 2001. I’m sure current stats tell the same story. White men commit the most crimes.
