Complete and utter nonsense. Some may have permanent lung damage, but that happens to people who develop pneumonia from any cause every year. Heart and kidney damage are complete fantasy. Percentages are important. You can't justify ruining the lives of 30% of the population in order to hope to save 3% from death or long term complications. Especially when none of the measures taken have had any positive impact on the spread.
This crap propaganda also neglects the people who are permanently negatively impacted by the shut downs. It also assumes 1% would hold true if 100% of the population got infected. It also assumes 100% of the population could get infected. Man, it's no wonder people are making such terrible decisions, if this is the kind of garbage reasoning they are using. Smh.

I'll probably be dead before any of this happens but really worry about the future for the young in my family. And it seems we have socialist wannabes who'll give China anything they want.

When was that info put out? They were saying this early on but has that born out? Seems if it's affecting people so severely our hospitals would be full of covid survivors dealing with the side affects.
Of course they do. But overall it's minimal compared to the number who've gotten it. Plenty of elderly have survived it too.

Trump's inability to relate and describe his plan in an empathetic manner was a big downfall. For instance, wearing a mask! DUMB!!!1 - I posted trump had failed in his coronavirus response back in March.
2 - It was clear then he was a colossal failure whose COVID response was inadequate and likely to result in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Americans.
3 - Sadly that was shown to be reality.
